Control Valve Services
VRC Protx provides local inhouse and onsite OEM quality control valve repair and refurbishment services for all major control valve manufacturers including Fisher, Masoneilan, Neles, Bailey, CopesVulcan and other brands.
Over Pressure Protection
The VRC Protx service team has an industry leading safety record and is comprised of individuals including Engineers, Quality Control Foremen and Technicians who provide onsite and shop services for both planned and emergency requirements.
Instrumentation
The VRC Protx service team is comprised of certified professional technicians who provide onsite services across a variety of industries. We are an Endress + Hauser Authorized Service Provider, but also service all major brands and technologies throughout the entire product lifecycle be it startup, calibration, verification, equipment updates and replacements, or technical advice.
Automated Valve and Control Packages
Our experienced engineers design Quarterturn or Multiturn integrated valve and damper automation solutions. The factory trained technicians assemble, test and document the entire process for your records. VRC Protx offers Network solutions, SIL Certification for Safety Instrumented Systems, partial stroke testing and complete accessory integration. Specialty fabrication, mounting hardware, stem extensions and valve lockouts are designed and machined inhouse for quick response to emergency equirements. Pipeline valve controls and ESD systems for new and retrofit applications.
In Line and Block Valves
VRC Protx offers in shop and field repairs and testing of all manufacture’s type and model of Gate, Globe and Check Valves for Refining, Oil and Gas Production, DOT and instate pipelines, Mining and Power Generation with in shop testing capabilities on Air/Gas, Liquid and steam. Pressure Seal Valves for the power generation industry are repaired in line from our Field Repair service trailers.
Electric Motor Actuator Services
We have a complete line of parts for the actuator industry along with a customized state of the art repair facility for everyone’s special needs and specialize in re-manufacturing obsolete actuator parts for older actuators. Our service area has a full machine shop (from sub-assembly and chemically cleaning to blasting, painting, and final inspections) for testing, repairing and doing research development on actuators that are not so common.
